Parkway Village Tenants Association

Protecting Parkway Tenants' Rights Since 1972

About us

Parkway Village Tenants Association (PVTA) was formed in 1972 as a successor to the Parkway Village Community Association, which was formed almost as soon as the Village was built and occupied. The present-day PVTA maintains the tradition of service to the tenants of Parkway Village. Its purpose has been and continues to be the betterment of the quality of life of the tenants in the Village.

While seeking a cooperative relationship with the management and the landlord in its dealings with them, PVTA remains purely a tenants’ advocacy organization, run by and for the tenants of Parkway Village. PVTA is headed by three Executives. All tenants are urged to attend PVTA meetings.
